Had to pay £5 VAT which is fair enough. But had to pay an £8 Royal Mail charge for just making them ask me for £5 which is pretty terrible really.

Looking at the Apple code spotted a CSS class ‘sosumi’
They use it for the footnotes section thingy. Nice little joke.
The system sound’s name on mac OS was a joke aimed at the layers representing the Apple record label they were having a big war with back in the 90’s.

I think it’s obscene that not even the new £1,949 17” MacBook Pro doesn’t come with the display adaptor and/or the remote free.
That remote must cost about 30p and even less for the adaptor.
Back in the day both use to come free with laptops…
I have nearly done that so many times. I bet thats exactly what’d happen.
Just discovered a totally crazy shortcut on OSX if you push F5 ( or fn + F5) while the cursor is over a word you’re typing a textbox/field then it shows you all the words you can make with what you have!
